I can honestly (and rather embarrassingly) say that even at 44 years old I did not know how to really use watercolour. That was in the days BL (Before Lucy). Lucy's tutorials have helped me grow and expand as an artist. Lucy is an amazing teacher, I started art about a year ago no clue what I was doing. By chance I came across Lucy's artlab and loved her style. I signed up and now a year later it's my highlight of the start of every month. Lucy is a great teacher showing you everything you need to know, taking it step by step. Every month the lessons range from easy to advanced. Even I who is still new is confident every month that I can follow along.

I have been a member of Lucy's Art Lab for well over a year now and I absolutely LOVE the monthly lessons. I was always a fan of Lucy's artwork and was so excited when she offered classes. I appreciate the variety of subject matter as well as having both watercolor and gouache lessons each month. Lucy honestly out does herself with each lesson! I also like the print outs for reference (especially helpful when I don't have access to my iPad or laptop). Her video lessons are super easy to follow and her guidance has helped me grow as an artist.
